Formed in February 2004, Lexia Solutions Group is the holding company for four companies:
- Rhodar Ltd
- Life Environmental Services
- Thermac (Hire) Ltd
- Bagnall UK Ltd
Each business is a stand-alone limited company but increasingly we work together on projects, offering clients seamless project management and improved lines of communication.
Lexia offers support to each business in key areas of specialism, including health and safety, environment, HR, sales and marketing, transport, finance and procurement.
It means each business benefits from levels of expertise and support that it may not otherwise experience and ensures that each part of the business operates in a consistent, cohesive way.
Through natural growth and strategic acquisition, Lexia has developed over the years to the point where today it is one of the UK’s leading environmental compliance and risk management providers.
